A combination of hits and misses
The serene ambiance, nestled within a stunning forest setting, made for a truly relaxing retreat. Dining was exceptional, with a meticulously curated kaiseki experience that showcased seasonal flavors beautifully.
If you're not careful, you might end up with the wrong reservation, which could disrupt your intended stay.

the yukata I received was absolutely ridiculous, seriously, how do they expect larger guests to wrap that tiny thing? and the smell in the room was musty, more like a basement than a luxury getaway. I almost thought about giving a good review, but then I realized I wasn’t treated like royalty here, not even a free drink!

Located far from town access!!! A free shuttle would greatly enhance convenience!!! Stronger wifi signal would improve overall experience!!!

amazing experience but minor details need attention
I was truly amazed by the authenticity of the traditional baths. they were spacious and beautifully designed. The staff offered exceptional service, explaining each dish of the kaiseki dinner with care, enhancing the dining experience. I also appreciated the unique selection of seasonal vegetables that were new and delightful, making every meal a culinary adventure. Other guests also loved the peaceful setting, which truly felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle.
The yukata provided could have been a bit larger for added comfort.
